Quality Plus received a silver medal at Thailand HR Innovation Award 2019 for the innovation project targeted to create happiness, increase income of employees and their families with 4.0 management era.
Quality Plus, presented by Mr. Pornchai Sonklin, HR Manager, received a silver medal in the Human Resource Management and Development Innovation Project 2019 (Thailand HR Innovation Award 2019) held by National Productivity Institute of Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT), Human Resources Professional Development Institute and Faculty of Human Resource Development National Institute of Development Administration.
There are 13 organizations from across the country that received awards for the 2019 projects, and Quality Plus presented the project of Innovation for creating happiness, increasing income of employees and their families with the 4.0 era management, under the supervision of Mr. Pornchai Sonklin. It is an important project for HR managers in terms of human resource management and development (HRM & HRD) for the benefit of personnel in the organization who will receive assistance from human resource management and development department. It also will help to raise the level of HR work to be reliable and have a trust from stakeholders, both, inside and outside the company. Therefore, it is important to support and encourage the development of innovation in personnel management to create an innovation culture in the organization.
The silver medal of the 2019 Human Resource Management and Development Innovation Project (Thailand HR Innovation Award 2019) is a national award that shows attention to human resource development in the organization in order to work efficiently, according to the company’s policy that focuses on innovation in all aspects whether it is in the production of cosmetics and skincare, customer service or personnel development. The company focuses on transcending from being a cream factory to a technology and innovation company in health and beauty that creates new value for Thai entrepreneurs in the beauty industry and focuses on upgrading the entrepreneurs to have the ability to compete internationally in the future with pride.
