Techniques of Product Stability and Packaging Compatibility Testing

Product Stability Test technique is the process of developing and testing the properties of products to maintain quality throughout the product life, confirm no changes in physical appearance, chemical properties. Cosmetic stability testing procedures with the samples collection according to the specified conditions, divided into 6 conditions (measured for specific quality Chemical quality values, viscosity values, color values) are:

  1. The oven 50 degrees for 3 months
  2. Fluorescent Lamp to see the reaction to the light for 1 month
  3. Incubators at 45 degrees for 3 months
  4. Room Temp for 3 months
  5. Heat Cool Cycle detected at 4 degrees, and 45 degrees alternately 2 days
  6. Sunlight Test 7-day
