Job Description

Responsibility for cosmetic and food supplementary registration, prepare the information document about R&D department (All document are received from partners or customer) such as MSDS, CO, CFS, COM, HALAL . Send the product to verify the prohibited substances as the requirements from customer. Follow up the Thai and other country regulation that may affect to the company including cosmetic term and food supplementary term, then submit the report to supervisor.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Cosmetic and food supplementary registration

• Verify the document from PM
• Product registration
• Contact and payment for the registration process at Thai FDA office
• Summarize and submit the registration document to PM and supervisor
• Send the food supplementary for verified
• Forward the right supplementary label to PM and supervisor
• Inspection the document from PM
• Work planning
• Require for CO document
• Contact with Department of Foreign Trade
• Summarize and submit the registration document to PM and supervisor
• Prepare other document about R&D department
• Inspection the document from PM
• Contact with other department to require more information
• Summarize and submit the registration document to PM and supervisor
• Send the product to verify the prohibited substances
• Verify the product information and sample
• Send the product to Department of medical science to verified
• Follow up the notification from Thai FDA
• Check the notification from law that may affect to the company
• Summarize and submit the report about the notification that may affect to other department in the company

Main responsibilities:

• Business Development for Cosmetic Ingredient business. You will have a chance to review many research papers, work with various universities, and meet with many business owners.
• You will take care of existing distributors and strategic partners for our house brands and partners from Myanmar, Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan. You will also be responsible for developing new markets.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• English fluency is a must.
• Science or biotechnology related knowledge and Thai language are a plus.
