Ms. Papada

I’m Papada (Min). I am a fourth years student at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology. I studied in major of Industrial Management from Faculty of Business Administration and took my internship program at Quality Plus in Digital department with a position of Business Analyst.

For 4 months of my internship at this company, I got many experiences from here both of work and life. I had to work closely with employees all company, for coordinating, collecting the data even attend the management meeting to know the way of running and managing the business. From this work experience made me realize about my strength and weakness point that I should improve skills such as analytic thinking, problem-solving including the presentation skill that is important for any position of working.

I love this place and I love this culture. Here gives anybody expresses the ideas and talents for making a business grow up together and moreover, they support each other for every part of the business. For about the company is medium size company, so that they work as the family and help each other. Everyone can ask or give some advice closely all the time.

Works here only a few months. But I’ve got many work experiences more than thought.
